How It Works

Upload Files

The first step involves receiving the necessary files from the customer. These include the Gerber files for the PCB, NC drill files, BOM or Bill of Materials, and the Pick-and-Place coordinate files. After the necessary inspection and verification of the documents, we proceed to the next step of fabricating the board and sourcing the components.

Component Sourcing

We offer two schemes for component sourcing: Partial- and Full-Turnkey solutions. For instance, as partial-turnkey solutions, we accept client-supplied components while procuring the balance. Once the components are available, we assemble the board and proceed with testing.

As full-turnkey solutions for quick-turn PCB prototypes, we undertake the entire process of designing the board, procuring all the components in the BOM, assembling them in-house, and testing the finished assembly.

Assembly

We undertake assembly of BGA and fine-pitch assembly using our latest automated SMT pick-n-place machines. At the same time, we can also handle manual and automatic assembly of Through-Hole-Technology components. While our SMT boards are soldered using the latest reflow soldering machines, we use wave soldering technology for soldering THT boards.

Testing

We have a complete repertoire of testing facilities for handing all types of assemblies. For instance, during the assembly process, we use AOI or automated optical inspection, and Flying Probes for testing assemblies. We also offer Functional Tests for completed assemblies.
